Healthy Vegan Quinoa Crackers (sugar free, gluten-free)

I must admit, the first time I tried the quinoa flour I was not thrilled. The flour was very strong, almost overpowering and I didn’t expect that. Gradually, I started incorporating quinoa in my weekly menus and I fell in love with this grain. Therefore, I decided that it is time to give this extremely healthy flour another chance.

I tell you frankly that I didn’t expect to get such tasty crackers, but I am glad that my expectations were exceeded. These crackers turned out crispy, flavourful and simply perfect for snacking.

As I said, quinoa is very healthy as it has all of the essential amino acids that are found in meat (isoleucine, lysine, methionine, tiozina, valine, etc.) and a considerable amount of soluble and insoluble fiber. It also contains omega 3, manganese, iron, copper, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium.
