Healthy Light Vanilla Mousse (sugar free, high-protein, low-fat)

I was saying in the previous article that I prepared two recipes for Valentines Day, but I haven’t had enough time to edit the materials for the second recipe in time. I know, probably I will not get the award for the best food blogger of the year, but sometimes life happens. Lately I noticed that Romanian started to explain to their readers how many things you should do to be a good blogger or at least decent one. If you are interested in learning more about this subject,  tell me this in a comment, but I assure you it is not as easy as it seems.

Honestly, I swear photographing food is not easy, and neither is filming it. After two years of blogging, I still have a lot to learn, because I want to constantly improve the quality of my materials. The truth is that higher quality requires greater investment, but most food bloggers either earn nothing or very little.

However, I like very much what I do and I will continue to post content. I started getting more and more pictures from you and your messages just motivate me to continue what I’m doing. This recipe is dedicated to you, because I want to thank you for the encouragement and support that I receive. ♥

I adore mousses, and this time I decided to make a vanilla one. I covered it with a thin layer of high-protein watermelon flavoured jelly and I assure you that it is a very successful combination. You can use a different mould, but because I made the dessert for Valentine’s Day I use a silicone mould with heart shapes.

The preparation process is not hard, but you will end up with some dirty dishes and you will have to have some patience until the mousse will freeze. However, I assure you that it is worth the wait because it is delicious and it looks great!

Un mousse are 84kcal, 2.5g de grăsimi, 1.4g de carbohidrați și 13.7g de proteine!

The nutritional values will be slightly lower than those shown because I did not use the whole quantity of the jelly. Because I did not know exactly how much was used, I considered the total amount, but I can tell you that the differences are not significant anyway.
