In general, I try not to eat much bread, but I must admit that I enjoy eating in the morning a nutritious sandwish or a slice with cashew butter. Moreover, I live in a house with a man who appreciates a good bread, and I try to make him happy when I have the time.
I happens so that I run out of bread, and the obvious solution is to make one because usually I have many kinds of flour in the pantry. This time I decided to do a whole wheat bread, and the recipe could not be simpler.
Many people are afraid to make their own bread, but I assure you it is easier than it looks. Of course, there are people who make leavened bread, and this requires an investment of time and patience, but I this recipe is easy and you will only need yeast.
