Even if it may seem incredible, I must tell you that there are days when I’m not craving anything sweet. Sometimes I feel like making a tea and spoiling myself with a salty snack while I edit or watch a show.
Although my blog was initiated as an inspiration for healthy sweets, I decided to start posting more diversified content. I think it would be a shame not to share with you all sorts of relevant information and healthy recipes from various categories. Believe me, after you’ll try these crackers, you’ll ask for more main dish and snack recipes! 😀
While I was playing with different types of flour from Myprotein, I managed to get a compact dough and my first thought was to make some crackers. I was very pleasantly surprised by the texture of the dough, because the rolling pin wasn’t sticking and it was very easy to cut out the crackers. I didn’t know how they will be after baking, but I was optimistic.
I wish you could to see my face when I tasted them for the first time, because I smiled like a child who has discovered something new. The resulted crackers were flavourful, crispy and I was sure that they will not be around for more that 3 days. I was right, because I have eaten them at lightning speed and already used this recipe more than once.
They’re delicious with Greek yogurt or cream cheese that you can season with garlic, smoked paprika or any other spice of your choice. You have to try them, because once you’ll see how good they are, I don’t think that you will ever buy your salty snacks from the supermarket.
