Healthy Low-Calorie Brownies (sugar free, low-fat)

As I said in the previous article, was going to leave the country for a short period. I returned, but I brought a ton of positive emotions and a collection of memories.

I saw Budapest, I was in Vienna where I had the opportunity to visit the Schönbrunn Palace and the Zoo and I destroyed my feet to the point at which they officially demanded to detach from my body. Yes, travelling can be exhausting, but I must admit that I was born with a pair of pretentious legs. After hours of walking, the bottom simply swells and I start to feel a very distinct pain. All these years I learned to endure this discomfort, because I have no intention to let the pain keeping me from living my life!

Just before my trip I got from Myprotein a protein brownie mix. I was tempted to open and try it immediately, but I still had to do my luggage and in the morning we were leaving. When I returned, I remembered that I had the mix and I started the magic.
I must confess that I was pleasantly surprised and the resulting brownies are extremely, extreeemly tasty. In addition, in order to prepare them you will only need the Myprotein mix and 4 more ingredients. YAY! : D

  1. Pour the protein brownie mix into a bowl.
  2. Add the eggs, milk and the yogurt and mix until incorporated and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a square mould/pan with a 20cm diameter. I recommend lining the pan with parchment paper.
  4. Decorate with walnut pieces and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
  5. Let it cool a little and then cut it in 9 equal squares. Drizzle with some natural cashew butter and you're done! If you butter if stiff, melt it a little. Use a plastic piping bag for the best results.
  6. Store in the fridge up to the moment of serving.
  7. Enjoy!
