Etape
  1. Put all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until stiff peaks form.
  2. Transfer the mixture in a piping bag with a closed star tip. Pipe little meringues on a tray lined with parchment paper. You should get about 45 meringues. Bake them for one hour in the preheated oven at 97 degrees Celsius. Let them cool completely before serving.
  3. Enjoy!
