I do not know how it happens, but every year I find myself unable to make more Christmas recipes in time. I always buy different cake moulds and cookie cutters, I make great plans and I realize that there are only a few days left and that what I have in mind looks good only on paper. Moreover, I don’t know how useful a recipe would be if I would post it on December 24th, because you might not have the necessary ingredients to make it and all my efforts would be useless.
This year I was more hardworking, because this is the second festive recipe that I post and am very proud of myself that I had enough patience to do a video for both recipes. Although it may seem elementary and trivial from the outside, it is not easy to film a recipe. Even the less creative materials have hours of work behind, patience and ideas, so I would be very grateful if you would subscribe to my YouTube Channel. I do my best, but one can’t do wonders without the appropriate equipment.
I know I could improve my recipes significantly, but Santa Claus doesn’t exist, and cameras not arrive randomly at my door. How beautiful were those times when I knew that I would write a letter and in the morning I will find my gift under the tree. I am wondering if I am not getting what I want because I no longer write letters. What do you think? 😀
Even if we are not going to receive what we want, we can certainly cheer ourselves with something sweet. Nothing is more beautiful than a colorful and festive table, placed next to a bright Christmas tree. These cookies are delicious and they could be hanged as a Christmas decoration, but you must be careful if you have pets or children. You think you’re the only one with a sweet tooth?
These cookies just melt in your mouth and they so are so god that it’s hard to stop!

- 80 g erythritol with stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp konjac glucomannan powder
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean powder
- 80 g coconut oil
